• No physical shipping — instant access from anywhere in the world

POD (Print-on-Demand) Physical Products

• Production time: 3–5 business days
• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days worldwide
• Express shipping: 3–7 business days (contact us for pricing)
• Tracking number emailed once your order ships
• Fulfilled via Printify from USA/EU production centers

Shipping Rates

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Digital Products

• Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once files are delivered
• Exception: If files are corrupted, missing, or significantly different from the description — we will resend or refund immediately
• Please review preview images carefully before purchasing
• Contact us within 7 days if there is any issue with your files

POD Physical Products

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
• Buyer pays return shipping for size exchanges or change of mind
• Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
• Exchanges available — contact us within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

How to Pay — Step by Step

• Step 1: Add items to cart and click Checkout
• Step 2: Fill in your name, email, phone, and shipping address
• Step 3: Click "Place Order" — you'll receive a unique Order ID
• Step 4: Transfer the exact amount to our bank account shown on screen
• Step 5: Include your Order ID in the transfer note (e.g. ZANITH AB1234)
• Step 6: Send payment screenshot to us via email or Zalo

Payment Confirmation Times

• Payments verified within 2–4 hours during business hours (9am–6pm GMT+7)
• Weekend payments confirmed on the next business day
• Digital files delivered within 24 hours after confirmation
• POD orders sent to production within 24 hours after confirmation

Currency & Exchange Rate

• Prices displayed in USD or VND (toggle in shop header)
• VND rate updated regularly to match current exchange
• Please transfer the VND amount shown at time of checkout
